Save the money and buy the ECCT. By far the superior system.

Keep looking the StroboSpark tester is far superior to a ECCT.

Having used both, Strobo-spark and ECCT, I ended up purchasing the ECCT and love my ECCT, especially using it with the advanced software.

LOL. The StroboSpark and HCCT both use average coil current as an indirect approximation of coil firing time; the parameter that really matters. Any electro-mechanical differences between the 4 coils pretty much guarantees they will fire at different times when adjusted for the exact same 1.3A average current. Neither tool can detect improperly adjusted points that break slowly resulting in intermittent point arcing. The abnormal coil current is simply averaged with other normal sparks and set for 1.3A but the spark is intermittently delayed (retarded) and degrades engine ignition performance.

The ECCT accurately measures coil dwell time to fire spark using a fast pulse of electricity that emulates Model T magneto operation at high RPM where ignition timing is most critical. Each coil is tuned for equal and consistent firing Time to provide optimal engine ignition performance regardless of differences between the coils and void of intermittent point arcing. There simply is no reason to settle for adjusting coils by indirect approximation today with the advent of the ECCT. Perhaps the most obvious clue the boast of superiority is a specious claim; the StroboSpark is obsolete and no longer made.
