Wanted: TT Rear Wheels
Looking for one of a few options for getting the rear wheels on my '25 TT squared away. Looking for either a set of decent solid rubber rear wheels, or a set of 23" Hayes split rims/lock rings that aren't bent completely out of shape. May also be interested in complete rear wheels depending on the price.

Re: Wanted: TT Rear Wheels
23" Hayes are a split rim but do not use a lock ring. The tire mounts to the split rim which has lugs permanently attached to it. No extra piece.
Kelsey made a 23" TT rear wheel set up that used a spacer ring about the diameter of a pencil that goes between the split rim and the wheel fellow. You have removable clamps for these instead of a fixed lug.
20 rear TT wheels use that extra "snap ring" that holds the tire onto the rim I do not think that rim is split. 20" rims may be available new but are pricey
