Here’s 2, they both have some wear but not bad.
The right (dirtiest one) has smoother lugs.

Dave - both of those are "early" drums - notice the "top hat" bushing - they are obsolete but I believe the vendors have a replacement set-up ?

Cut the brass face off and add the three shims, same size between them.

Adam, what I would do is bust it out to the bottom, or grind it, fill in the entire hole with brass, and machine. Use the pressure plate to transfer the hole.
