WTB Key!
While at the Luray swap meet this past weekend I picked up an almost complete set of Clum Model T keys. Instead of having 51-74 on them they are marked DB101-DB124. I’m missing the DB117 which corresponds to a #67. If anyone has one lying around, please let me know. I’d like to buy it! I’m setup with PayPal or can send a check/ money order. Please email or call/text anytime.

The DB is for Dodge Brothers.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Re: WTB Key!
Does that mean that dodge made them? Made for dodge switches? Were dodge and ford switch keys interchangeable at the time?

Re: WTB Key!
Clum made tumbler/switches and sold to Dodge Brothers (along with other makes of cars/trucks) for use in DB cars, keys for Dodge Brothers were marked DB plus the key number. DB marked keys are not interchangeable with Ford keys. Sharp points and valley compared to Fords rounded peaks and valleys. Clum did make switches/tumblers for Ford but would have used Fords numbers on them and would not have had DB stamped on them. There were a few companies making switches/tumbles for Ford both as original and replacement, all used the Ford numbers. Crown and BS were a couple.

Re: WTB Key!
Ford keys of this type were for cars equipped with generators/starters sometime in 1919. I thought Dodge Brothers were long gone from the T model supply chain by then.

Re: WTB Key!
David, Brad is looking for a specific Key to complete a Set of those Keys, not one to use, he has completed sets of Model T keys by different manufactures. I believe this key is to complete a non Ford key set. George

Re: WTB Key!
I totally misunderstood, I remember reading a post about a member losing a key while driving I confused the two posts.
