Kim,
I have an iron buggy/robe rail down in the barn. I found it nailed to the closet wall in an old house on the property. I guess it made
a nice tie rack. I haven't the foggiest notion what it is off of. If you like I'll hike down to the barn and take measurements and pix some time.
Send me your e-mail that's the only way I know how to send pix via text with my flip phone.

Amish communities has some of this, we found it years ago at Whitner or Whitmer coach. I can’t find the old catalog..! But maybe someone on here will have further information. They sold buggy rail by the foot along with the stand offs and eyelets to attach to the body. If I come across the book I’ll post the address that’s the only form of contact is writing them. Also made tapered leaf springs per your measurements ect...ect..

Wow, I've been posting for a buggy rail for my 10 touring for about a year and still haven't found one! If anyone has a spare after Kim finds one please let me know.

Does this resemble what you want? It is under a dozen steering columns, I’ll get it out if it looks like something you need.
