Very familiar with this little lamp. It's a bicycle lamp and the top is missing. I suppose it could be used on a light motorcycle but a flame/kerosene lamp would be difficult to keep lit at speed. What is there is in nice condition but it might be difficult to find the missing top. Perhaps using two lamps to make one would be the answer.
