resistance dimmer
Is there anyone out there that rebuilds the resistance dimmer for a MODEL T FORD with no starter or generator. Any information is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Tim, doing this for Ben Martin in Georgia (no computer)-- has rebuilt about a 1000 switches in the last several decades---has several that need to be rebuilt and he does know how to rebuild them and has enough switches to rebuild. and need someone else to rebuild the resistance ones.

Can’t imagine what would go wrong unless they were fried. Someone into rebuilding transformers would be a good place to check. Probably cost many times more than they are worth. Good luck, t

Re: resistance dimmer
I offered one to a member for documentation and he refurbished (replaced the contact wires) the one I loaned him. I also purchased a NOS, switch style, from the Fatman., he may have some more. I have some as well. What is the problem with yours and which type is it switch or firewall mounted?
