That's a lot of money for a metal parts lot and rotted wood even though the sellers only asking $17.50 priority mail shipping.

It makes it even harder when you do not have the option to make an offer. My guess is it will not sell at $500, but how do you keep track of it? I would not like to try to replicate all the ironwork for the asking price, but it does seem high when the timberwork needs a total replacement.
