This is the part (usually missing) from the KRW Transmission Bushing Reaming set that holds the triple gear in place while it is being reamed. I have reproduced the part in silicone bronze. It is a duplicate of the original. If interested contact me at my email address. They are priced at $100 plus $10 priority shipping. I will accept check or PayPal.
