Early Holley H carburetor $100

Post by Mark Gregush » Sun Jan 06, 2019 11:55 am

Holley Brothers Model "H" carburetor. Looks like someone in the past has done some work on it, the outside was a little dirty so I glass beaded it. Float was sealed but with what I do not know. I have only taken it down are far as you see in the photos. The slots for the 4 screws holding the top to base are worn. The cuppling nut for the fuel inlet is a bit rounded from being taken off and on over the years. The pin that locks the choke butterfly in place is loose side to side, so take a good pull/push on the lever to release it. The mounting holes are approx 2-3/4" center to center and 1-11/16 opening. The shaft is a little bent and shows some wear, but looks like it was run that way for many years. If you have any questions please ask well before the end of the auction. Thank you for looking. the carb weighs 6 LB's 7.5 oz before packing.

The fuel inlet pack nut is bigger then the 1912 Ford Holley as are the threads for the fuel line nut.
This item is used and is sold as is no return.
Please note: one of the two hold downs for the piece above the float valve is missing it's end. It still functions.

Re shipping; I can take it somewhat apart and double box and ship med flat rate.

There was a brass sleeve added to the choke tube, I have removed it after the photos were taken.
