I have a complete 1914 engine. It came out of long time dry storage.
.060 aluminum pistons. Very clean. Usable as is, but should be gone through.
Can be picked up in Luray or Richmond if prearranged.

I have had several recent inquiries about this engine since I listed it.
Upon closer inspection, I realized that the pistons are .060 NOT .030.
The wear on the bushing for the crank handle is minimal (not excessively sloppy).
Also: The transmission does not have a brake pedal shaft or bands. But the internals, including the drums, look perfect.
It has been years since I first acquired this engine. So, sorry, my memory is not what it used to be.
I am asking $3,000 for the complete engine and transmission, but I am open to offers.
Here are a few more pictures with the transmission cover and head removed.
The engine is in a dark storage area, and it was hard to get good pictures.

Looks like a 26-27 brake drum. 3 or 4 dip pan?

You maybe are seeing the lip on the driving plate and makes it look wider.

Further examination of the bolts indicates you are correct. I should have looked closer.
