low honeycomb radiator-Sold

Post by George Mills » Fri May 13, 2022 7:56 pm

HONEYCOMB low radiator…decent shape when pulled. Pulled on a just because basis. Had bought a new one from Jerri B., when arrived sat on the shelf until one day had a ‘why not’? I was already on Social Security and the new-in-box was just gathering dust.

The radiator I have pulled (now in the Jerri B. shipping box) hauled around a heavy Depot Hack on 100 mile plus outings and never went above 190-195 on summer days. It has a very small core wisp…never used water or needed refill when out and about, yet has a shadow stain on the core from some kind of wisp either old or current.

I know, ‘worked when parked’ is always a bit of a crapshoot, but I have 2 choices….junk it for scrap value next trip to the local junker…or let someone who might want something better than theirs and still a Honeycomb….who will give me some bucks and also pay for shipping (or pick up in So. Jersey).

Best offer, or make me an offer I can’t refuse. Not sure what shipping will run but someone should be able to come up with that rather quick.
