Larry, I sent you an email. I have these two Dill ones, some pitting, but if you want them let me know and I'll pop them in the mail for you, no charge. These are the only two extras that I have. Do you need any bridge washer clamp nuts or other parts before I box these up?

Mark, you are a BAD man! You are tempting Original to use non genuine period pieces in places where they cannot be seen. Shame on you!

Well, not quite. Seems perhaps Ford had been using Dill brand valve stems and parts at some point, sure lots of Schraders, but who knows without searching all the purchase records at the Benson Ford?

Do know Ford had purchase print (T-3413-A2) for the Dill dust covers that have the neat adjustable internal piece for the dust cap to only be twisted onto the upper valve cap threads, not all the way down a brass stem as Schrader dust caps........Allan, I know you like these!

My guess is this was 1925 for the new wire wheels, that used shorter brass valve stems too, as there was no thick felloe for the drop center wire wheels.

Dang Dan! Now everybody will be after Dill covers. It makes sense that they would go with wire wheels, being adjustable for any length stem.
