Winfield S/SR-AA carb adapters
Here are 2 ea. Winfield S/SR-AA to 2.375” bolt spacing 2 bolt flange (Model A) carb adapters. I make these new for the Model A guys, but found that this adapter was perfect for swapping out the U&J on my touring car (see pic below).
1 carb adapter is simple S/SR-AA to 2.375”, and the other has a built in bell crank mount. These are modified from my typical design as I needed to tap the 2 bolt flange 3/8”-16 for my application and of course the bell crank mount.
$75 each plus shipping

Kevin, very nice. Are you using a cable to your throttle lever on the column?

I was able to carefully bend a control rod to connect the carb. You can just barely make out the bell crank arm and control rod buried in the back of the pic above. It was no easy task!

Re: Winfield S/SR-AA carb adapters
Still have these carb adapters available. The original design was to adapt a Winfield AA to a Model A intake manifold, but they will fit any manifold with 2-3/8” bolt spacing. Also have size A and B adapters too…

Those adapters sure look nice...do I see chromate on them? At least to me, they look like they've been tumbled and chromated.
Always a treat to see your exemplary work.

Re: Winfield S/SR-AA carb adapters
Thank you Scott! No chromate on these, they are tumbled in a ceramic media that does a good job of making the tooling marks disappear, while the alkaline detergent brightens em up nicely. I use this same tumbling process on most everything I make. It takes the “billet” feel out of the parts
Here is an example of one of my choke horns fresh out of the machine; And after blending and tumbling (much better!)

Re: Winfield S/SR-AA carb adapters
that is a really nice look...almost lost-wax casting-ish
I'm not surprised they're not chromated...that is all but obsolete these days...nasty stuff (but it was very effective).
