Re: steering wheel
I would like to buy. I have an accessory fatman style steering spider but without the wheel...maybe I can wheedle a fit. Please pm or email what I owe you.

Re: steering wheel
Most "fatman" & accessory T wheels are 17" that I've run across.

Re: steering wheel
Jay, You can get in touch with Kevin Allen of,Wood by Kevin Allen. Kevin can make you a super nice wood wheel rim to fit your fat man wheel parts. It would be well worth the money spent to get a custom wood rim for your fat man wheel.

What is the exact ID measured several places? I'm finding lots of variations. Thanks Brian

Re: steering wheel
As I recall, there are at least four different sizes of model T steering wheels. So one does need to know what the inner and outer diameters are to check for fit. None of the common model T factory sizes fit most fatman and other after-market spiders. Most after-market accessory steering wheels are larger diameter than any of the common Ford factory wheels.
I could be wrong? But as I recall, the last largest 1927 size was about an inch smaller than the so-called 17 inch after-market wheels.
Black is as it should be. However, is it black painted wood? Or one of the black "plastic" composites?

Re: steering wheel
My Fatman spider takes a 16" wheel. I was convinced that the pictures showed a 16" wheel and for $5 it was worth for me to take chance. But the price changed to $50. Many thanks for the tips and suggestions.
