More like '12-'13, IF indeed the extrusion between the lamp bracket hole and the frame mounting holes is fully round. The pic is hard to tell. In 1914 they changed the extrusion underneath the headlamp bracket hole which is now what I would call a slight "V" shape. And those style are a dime a dozen.

Tim, is this the slight v-shape you are referring to on light bracket for a 14?

Re: FS headlight forks and front fender irons
These are the later v style that was used in part of 13 and all of 14. My original un restored Feb. 13 has the early style, while a friend has Sept 13 has the later style. Many parts transitioned during 13. Ted

No, that pic is of the headlamp fork... I meant the actual fender iron. The area between the fork hole and the 3 holes where it bolts to the frame. Up til '13 that short area was round, after that it was in the shape of a "V". Hope this helps.

Re: FS headlight forks and front fender irons
Kinda mis-typed there...not "up" til '13, meant to say "through" '13. Indeed, the very late '13s may have already had the "V" shaped iron, we all know how Henry did things. LOL
