OT: Stromberg OD-1 carburetor part needed choke part

Post by Mark Gregush » Fri Dec 30, 2022 12:30 pm

Know you guys have "other" stuff in your collection so thought I would ask here too.
Looking for the elbow(s?) that holds the choke and is mounted to main body of a made for Dodge Brothers Stromberg OD-1 carb. The mounting holes would be approximately 1-7/8" center to center. I was hoping the part from my OS-1 would fit but was too wide. While there are 4 holes showing, the mount only uses 2. At this point I would be happy with just the elbow the choke mounts in with butterfly. Assembly #P8712 in the drawing.

Thanks

Mark : Check with Russ Potter as he ended up with a big box of Stromberg parts (OF and other models) from the Stan Howe auction.
