Hi, I am looking for a complete set of Model T tools for a friend who just got into this hobby. The basic tool roll up that came with the car. Please let me know, we live in Staten Island, zip 10312. Thank you.

Tool kits differed by years. The MTFCA encyclopedia will cover tools and tool bag/roll changes over the years.

Occasionally, someone will assemble a complete tool kit and sell it on Ebay, but that is a pretty rare occurrence.
Most folks assemble their tool kits piece by piece over time.
As others have said, do your research first so that you don't accumulate a pile of usable but incorrect looking tools.
The vendors sell reproductions of the tool bags. Again, they vary by year, just like the tools themselves.

As Jeff mentioned above, you have to be aware of the year of the car to know what tools were supplied for the year car. There have been several articles on this subject in the past.

I am assuming. he wants a set of Model T tools to go with the car. They do vary as others have mentioned.
If you want to work on a T it’s not necessary to use Model T tools. Todays tools will do the job just as good or better. There are a few the are specific for a task but don’t come in the tool kit that Ford offered. As time goes on you’ll find out what’s needed for a specific task.
