Those aren’t rocker covers they are for the intake.

Look closer. The intake shroud in the picture is different. I haven’t seen that particular style before. It would be nice to see if they are indeed able to cover the rockers (or at least protect them a bit).

I believe they are intake covers for a B Roof head allowing for exhaust manifold. A type of pre-heater. Not seen too much, so guys make a different exhaust manifold and toss the aluminum preheater.
