21inch wire wheels and hubs

I have a set of 21 inch wire wheels and hubs very good condition very old allstate tires ,
I'd be open to trading for set of 30 x3 1/2 wheels with good tires.
I'll be in Luray.

I have second set wheels and hubs. Will consider 30x3 1/2 tires towards the purchase. Will not bring up unless there is interest. Rich 561 262 0393.
I have a block that is someones unfinished project from many years ago It has a datsun pump bolted on it
