IWtb Low Head

I have a friend that has a 13 T with a high head
Befor i pay have it milled 3/16" wanted see if a good low head can be found

Why mill the high head?- it will still look like a high head and you won't be changing the CR that much. Probably best to just wait for a low head to become available. Just my thoughts.
