Are they no longer available? Arent the large drum the same as the small drum other than the small set includes a brake drum?

They are not the same. Drum diameters are different.
Ironically, the large drum brakes are smaller diameter than the small drum set's added drum.

They are not the same. Drum diameters are different.
Ironically, the large drum brakes are smaller diameter than the small drum set's added drum.
The usual stupid question: Did you try all the vendors?
