Do these have brass or steel tops? Are they for the same side?

I think they are steel. The picture shows them both the same. I have one to switch so you would one of each side.

Put a magnet on it and you'll know. These look like for a '13, and they had brass tops. At least my '13 does.

They may very well be steel tops. I had a pair of Jno. Brown 110s that had steel tops.
