I just finished ONE 12v starter conversion. These are such a PITA! I'm not sure how many more of these I'm going to do.

New brushes, new field coils, oil seal/main shaft bearing update, reconditioned armature, the works. All detailed here:

More info on the 12v conversions here: https://modeltstarters.com/12v-starters/

$490 plus shipping to the USA in a custom box, with core swap.
Starter & bendix gaskets + key also included.

Hi, here in Minnesota it does get cold. Once in a while it is nice to take the Model T for a ride. With heavier oil in the T it turns a little too slow when cold. A very easy fix, very low cost, about $15-20 more is an 8 volt battery. I have used one for many years in my 1921 touring. No troubles whatsoever. No changing light bulbs or anything. I know I will hear negatives but that is my experience. Thanks, Bob.

This has nothing to do with this post offering a part for sale.
