I have an accessory wire wheel 30” x 3 ½ “. I believe it is a Phelps. The actual widest-point measurement is 24 3/8”. It has the hub. Has surface rust overall but seems to be solid.

That's a nice wheel Rick.
Unfortunately, it won't work for me.
The Pasco wheel will go over the model T hub and bolts to it.
Thanks for looking for me.

Hi Bob, the wheels I have are not Universal, Pasco or Dayton, not sure what they are. The holes looks like they my have been enlarged, a little crudely, but not wallowed out. It is very close to the six bolt pattern of a T wood wheel. They were on a very old Model T Speedster. I have two and would prefer to sell the pair, but would sell you just one. Few bent spokes. If you want them and they don't work I would take them back, but you would be out the shipping. I do have to make a trip out there a little south of Tacoma in the next six weeks.

I don't know why the pictures post upside down, but if you click on them to enlarge, they go right side up.

Bob, my Pasco wheels have their own hub that mounts onto the T axle. The wheel then rides over a set of 6 studs and is held tight against them with 2 large fine thread brass nuts, the first to hold the wheel tight and the outer one to prevent the inner threaded nut from loosening. The wheels won't mount without the special hub so I don't think they will work for your application unless you have the hub. The hubs are made out of unobtainium, as I believe the wheels are also. I got lucky and my new-to-me roadster came with 5 wheels.

Here is the Pasco setup I have.
It uses a universal adapter that goes over a front or rear hub.
The wheel goes over the adapter and a lock ring over that.
Wheel nuts hold it all in place.
