The hub cap hole should be measured, as it looks larger.
That looks like a rare 1928 Model AR wire wheel.
That is something I learned the hard way!

That Model A 28 -29 hubcap may be what I have and didn't want.
The hole is just large enough for a 1926 hub cap to drop right through it.

When I can get in the trailer again I will check the size of the hole. It looks like you said.
