Joe, there was one which bolted around the headlight stalk on the electric headlights. It may be the same as the one you are searching for.

There are two that I am aware of
#871 for pre 1915 (2nd down on the left)

Frank, that Canadian one is the one I recall. It should fit all single stork light mountings.

Looks like the Neverout #440 isn't the same as the Canadian mount & could be made quite easily

The bracket pictured clamped to the fork is on my 1912 touring it was on the car in 1960 a complete running car my thought is it is from 1915 or later because the early Manitoba plates are short that is why there is an extra hole so I can put the 12 plates on the car . It is an original Winnipeg Manitoba Canada car built in Walkerville Ontario.

I stand corrected I found a ad from 1913 specialty auto parts New York NY states it will fit all fords form 1911 through 1913
