John,
Unless you have an early Canadian car, headlights for 1915 do not use separate forks. The bucket and mount are all one part. The focus screw is above the socket. The lens is clear, not fluted.

I believe some early '15's did indeed use leftover "forks" from the 1914 models. But fairly early on they switched over to standard posts.
