Anyone have a belt driven alternator that they aren't using? I want to buy a new or good used Texas T Parts external belt driven alternator, either 6 or 12 volt. Must be complete kit from crank pulley, belt, alternator, and mounting brackets.

Steve, i don't know if the one I saw on EBAY was produced by the CA. guy, but i didn't like the bracket design. i like Texas T Parts head mounted bracket, better, but Birdhaven says they don't have all the components necessary to make kits.

I believe it was that one - it's a toy tractor (quite small) alternator - I installed one on a T buddy's '15 Runabout - turned out quite good.

Steve, if you've got the contact info for the maker, pass it along. I may have no choice. I just don't understand Birdhaven. Running out of stock was never seemed to be a problem for Ben Hardeman. Its called keeping track of inventory and reordering before its too late and you run out.

Received THREE emails this morning through the MTFCA. All of them had virtually the same message : "Buddy, are you still wanting to buy a belt driven Alternator. I have one in good condition". NO name or contact information given with any email. CAN YOU SMELL A SCAM like I do ?
