New Chaffin 280 grind cams
Now available new forged Chaffin's Garage 280 profile camshafts. These use the late, short style front bearings. They are available from me or from Chaffin's Garage. Price $395. I take paypal F/F, introductory special : first 10 orders directly from me get free shipping.

Is it the same grind as the cast iron one that Chaffin's used to sell, with the advance built into it?

Same grind, valve timing is optimized, do not advance these cams.

A collaborative effort. Mr. Bruto did all the sourcing work. We supplied our .280 camshaft master for the grind. Our camshaft grinder verified the grind specifications and consistency. These came out really nice.

I will take one camshaft. Do you have bearings as well? Also Iowe you for a set of lifter cups for my overhead 8 valve Roof. When Dave sent them to me with my order I did not get your address. Do you take a credit card or should I send you a check?

New Caretaker of my Grandfathers Model T. Learning how to maintenance it, keep it running and fun drives around the New England Seacoast. Not new to working on cars and motorcycles, but definitely learning the unique things that the Model T has. It is a fun journey and am thankful to have a community like the one here to help.
