Apart from the price, it is an unusual lamp. The round "diver's bell" reflector makes it a 1915 lamp, but the reflector seems to be rusty. All the round reflectors I have seen have been nickel plated on mill finished brass.

Round diver bell, single rivet, holes around the chimney: late 1915-1917.

It looks like a brass door and bonnet. What do you suppose makes people make listings like this? There are many similar listngs on Ebay for all types of items even new $10 items listed for $500
