For Sale is a “Car Cuf” anti theft Wheel Clamp most likely used on 30 x 3 or 30 x 3-1/2 wheels. Looks to be NOS $125.00 plus shipping Lang’s 1-800-872-7871
That's actually a 1970s ignition lock. It goes on the steering column and covers the ignition switch.
