WTB: Vanguard Windshield Hinge

Friend of mine in NY needs to replace or have repaired is Vanguard Windshield Hinge. Repro, photo on the right, holds don't line up. OR can someone fix the old one. Thanks for your help Frank

Frank, I can weld the old one or move the holes on the new one so the holes will line up to the windshield frame.
