This carrier is similar to the one on my ‘23 runabout (see picture) It’s in fair condition. Consistent pitting but once sanded and filled will be fine. One crack (see detail) and the rivets are loose. I would take it apart to clean and paint and re rivet. Or use as is for a survivor.
