Wanted 3 leg split rim tool

Need a split rim tool that the jaws open at least 28-1/2" top to bottom. The clincher rim I am trying to compress is 28-1/2" o d. Pacific is a manufacturer that produced one back in the day. There are probably other brands.

I’ve done this before. Seemed to work on in a pinch.
