Wtb TT Cab sheet metal

Post by Michael Paul » Fri Nov 01, 2019 10:25 pm

Hi all, I picked up an old c cab truck from a farm in the central valley last weekend. Most of the body is there except the two upper c cab sides and the back window section of metal. I'm looking for some rusty metal parts to match what's there. Any help appreciated.
Thanks Mike

Does anyone have dimensions of the side panels? I could make them if I had drawings.

I'm guessing 18 ga sheet metal was used.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Mike

I have one side panel but I’m in Michigan. Email me at meyre14t@yahoo.com and I’ll send you a picture this week.

Michael, Lang’s online catalogue has the upper C cab and rear panels you are looking for. If you want them rusted you can use a vinegar wash to give them a rusty/patina if that’s what you want. The parts are listed under Ton Truck category if you don’t have any luck finding usable original parts.
Best Regards Charlie

I have a brand new rear lower panel...this panel on most original TTs is generally rusted out at the bottom. Send me a PM.

Mark
