Is this a TT ring gear?

I know TT's are brass but it's been a while since I've seen one. This one appears to be New Old Stock. Any help appreciated.

It's certainly not a TT ring gear. I do not know what it is, but that last photo makes me suspect it came out of some sort of pump.

Pure guess.....

Not Model AA ring gear ether. Except for the AA being a little wider, would looksthe same as TT.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

No, but judging from the back side photo, looks like it would have had a slip assembly inside it. (slide one direction lock up the other)
