Harold, It is--which is surprising--at the prices I'm seeing for these things. I'm just so used to losing money in every hobby in which I engage that I'm now incapable of thinking in terms of extracting the top dollar for anything. And, after all, consider all the fun I had tearing down all those rear ends to get a very few non-trashed parts! Consider--this gear has a pitted look in and around the key way but rust was not evident when I removed it. Seems to have been a result of the casting. If that is of concern to you--poor photographer that I am--I'd try to provide detail of it.
