that is a more complicated request than you may suppose. Your car never came with demountable wheels, so it is anyones guess as to what has been installed.
Show a closeup picture of EACH wheel on the car to see if they even match each other, and others will chime in with WHICH wheel mfg you really need. An angled/detailed picture of the rim mounting area will be needed.

Do an internet search using "MTFCA;rims"
There will be quite a few post showing most all the rims that were supplied on Fords sold from 1919 to 1927 and a few others sold as after market in the era. As Scott is pointing out, not all Ford rims work with all Ford wheels. Even then you have to know what you are looking at, some 21" and 30" rims for Chevrolet were supplied by the same company that supplied Ford, the difference being the valve stem hole is in a different location.

Perhaps the OP is looking for non-demountable rims, you know, the metal part...
