Searchiing pre-2019 Forums

Post by vrockafellow@aol.com » Mon Mar 08, 2021 10:53 pm

Is it still possible to do a "keyword search" of the pre-2019 forums? Please explain how. Thanks very much.

I use Google. Just add "mtfca" to your list of keywords, as follows:

what oil to use mtfca

The results:

https://www.google.com/search?q=what+oi ... e&ie=UTF-8

No way to do an old=fashioned search? It brought up a whole lot more responses.

What Mark said is how to do and old fashion search for pre 2019 topics. Unless you know the exact title of the posting and date, you will have to wade thru what comes up.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Actually the correct syntax is

what oil to use site:www.mtfca.com

Although there probably isn't much difference.
