No high gear
Friends T has no high gear. Low is fine. Happened all of a sudden. You think broken spring is the cause???

I think a broken clutch spring would cause it. There may be other issues that could cause it. This question will get more informed attention in the General Discussion Forum. I'd re-post it there.

Did you do any adjustments to the parking brake lever or to the screw on the cam of the lever before this happened? There are two things which could cause the problem. One would be something wrong with the high speed clutch such as broken spring or disks stuck in the drum.
The other thing would be adjustment of the neutral or something out of alignment which could keep it stuck in neutral when the brake lever is all the way forward. Brake rods adjusted too long could also keep the lever from going all the way forward which would cause it to stay in the neutral position.
