Needs also to have at least 10 or more letters in the message box. Such as "bump up to top" or "XXXXXXXtop" or are you trying to move ad from 2018 old forum?

I think what Jeff is saying is; Just editing your post does not bump to top. You need to submit a reply as I said to move it up.
