Registration catch 22

I am having trouble getting past the "Model T Features" whenever I attempt to submit my forum registration form.
Unfortunately, the forum help/contact us forms require the same verification steps.
I've gone as far as to search for admin emails and those have also bounced back as undelivered.
If you are reading this post, the verification on this page has somehow been accepted.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as I feel sort of stuck.
