I'm a member, why can't I post in Vehicle Classifieds?

I'm a MTFCA member. Dues are up to date. I put my number in my forum info.
I understand that the Vehicle Classifieds are for members, but the "New Topic" button does not appear for me in that forum.
What do I need to do to fix it?
