Missing Forum Feature

Now that I'm back on the forum after my surgery, I don't see a forum feature that I used to use a lot. I used to use the feature that appeared at the top of the forum that you could "click" on that said something like,...."mark all topics red", or was it "mark all topics read". Anyway, I don't seem to find it now,...???
