The Great War returns
This is the time of year when movies that have finished their first run return to the theaters because they've been nominated and people who missed them before want to see them. So this evening I'll be driving up to Wichita the see They Shall Not Grow Old. I rarely go to see a movie twice, but I did for Stan & Ollie, and I'll do it for this one.
The inevitable often happens.

DVD is now available on e-Bay and Amazon..... BUT be careful. Some DVD's and digital downloads are in PAL Format..... a format for DVD's in most of Europe, and will not play on our Region 1 DVD players. USA players only show Region 1 DVD's. .........Buyer beware.

Re: The Great War returns
It’s to bad the Oscars and Emmys have gotten so politicized and out right crude. We quit watching them a few years ago. A few really good movies do come out but the majority are not even close.
If you wait a year or so or sooner you see some of the lesser known or not nomited movies show up on cable or sattilite. Some are really good but you usually have never heard of them.
