Hi Charlie, I just reposted from Facebook when I ran across it. I don’t have it. Not mine.I just remembered people saying they were looking for a tank. Sorry. Good luck with the hunt.

I believe that I have a pair or two of the new oval gas tanks that are still in the shipping boxes. Not sure if I have new straps to go with them, will have to check. If I do I will bring them to Chickasha. I will not be able to check for another 3-4 weeks, too much going on. Mike

Just a friendly reminder. As I said, “I think” I have 2, maybe 3-4 of the new oval tanks. I purchased a group of new round tanks and I think I may have gotten some ovals. They are still in unopened boxes so I will have to confirm what I actually have and that will be in 3-4 weeks. Once I know for certain what and how many I can part with I will contact folks in the order they contacted me here. In retrospect I probably should not have posted until I absolutely know that I have the right tanks. My intention is to part with any parts that are surplus to my needs, not to create any bad vibes. Thanks, Mike

Tom started this post..In the mean time, why not take the tank you have to a radiator shop and get it cleaned out. Might take care of the rust problem short term. If they get it clean enough, could seal coat it.
