Evening all,

I have one too many blocks, and somehow have more of these late 13 early 14 blocks than I need. This one needs work. Its dated 11/1913 and has serial 399XXX.

From what I can see, it has some pitting in 2 cylinders, and the new valve seat as seen. It had the lower water jacket cracks repaired like you see on early blocks. After scraping off some body putty, you can see how it was done. The other side has putty too, but I didnt scrape it off.

Im no sure how the block is otherwise. Im not sure what was all doen too it, and in the lot it came in, the guy wasnt sure what had been done in the past either.

I dont think its boat anchor status, just needs bored (I havent measure it) or sleeved, and new valve seats at the worst. BUt Im not an engine rebuilder, still learning on mine.

NOt shipping this unless you arrange it. If you can arrange some pickup, I can easliy work with you. I live between Indianapolis and Cincinnati. I MAY be going to Luray, so could bring it there. Worse comes to worse, we could find someone going that way, and I could give them the block.
