Looking for 26/27 Ignition Switch.

Post by OilyBill » Thu Sep 09, 2021 1:49 pm

I'm looking for a 1926/27 Ignition switch and faceplate. Preferably with a key.
Does not need to have the ammeter.
Thanks, everyone!

I can but one together for you, since you haven't gotten a response. I made a few in the past when no one responded.
have several original '26-'27 plates various patinas some with worn nickle to very shinny. Original tumblers with keys and internal parts. Original and repro (new & used) ammeters - all depends on what you need to match your T. I'll email pictures but first need to know if you want and early '26 plate or the later style and more info on what external appearance your looking for. Things need to match in external appearance
The better and more original the higher the price but all are will be the same excellent working condition. email me if interested. I started to put together some documentation on Ignition switches 1914-1927 and parts differences

Frank. Are you going to be at Hershey with switch components? If so, I’d like to find you and get a working switch for a ‘26 and an earlier one.

Dave, Contact Ben Martin, Tucker , Georgia, 770 938-3376, He can fix any switch for a T or also can sell you a switch or two or three. He has serviced over a thousand in the last several years. Call him and tell him what you need or would like.
