FS Stevens front axle repair kit

Here’s a complete Stevens front axle repair kit which includes the following:

1. An original frame
2. A pair of new anti-rotation posts
3. TWO original Stevens tapered reamers
4. One new reproduction tap which has been used no more than 4 times
5. A 1/2” hardened washer to protect the frame
6. One older reamer-tap which is for LH threaded inserts (see below)
7. Two newer 5/8-24 RH taps (see below)
8. Four new reproduction top tapered inserts
9. Two new reproduction bottom threaded inserts
10. An original but gutted wood box with some new foam to hold things in

I had this kit before the new taps were available, so I would use the reamer side of the odd LH tap, then change to one of the newer taps along with some shim stock I seem to have lost to finish the hole. It works much better with the new reamer-tap!
